SAMA Al Wasil Tourism Village is located in a flat valley 192 km (2 hours drive) from Muscat in the heart of Sharquiya Sands. The camp is surrounded by dunes of varying hights that gives the camp the feeling of complete isolation from the outside world. Accomodition consists of 20 ensuite chalets, all with generous outside patios. There is also a tented village consisting of Bedouin tents perched on the sand dunes which give a more authentic feel of desert life. There is also a large group tent and smaller individual tents for families and couples.
